Payments

Account login (OTP) & Firebase
We use Firebase (a Google service) for authentication when you create an account. Firebase powers our OTP (one-time password) login system using your phone number.
When you log in with OTP, Firebase securely verifies your phone number. Your account information is stored according to Firebase's security standards and our data practices.
WhatsApp communications
We may send order-related updates via WhatsApp where you've opted in or initiated communication. These messages are limited to order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by contacting us.
Data retention
We keep your information as long as needed for orders, customer support, and legal compliance. After that period, we delete or anonymize data where possible. Account information is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
