  • Opened packs are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet these conditions:

Unopened and unused

Product must be in its original sealed packaging, unopened and unused.

Within 7 days of delivery

Request must be made within 7 days from the date you received the order.

Seals intact

All tamper-evident seals and packaging must be intact.

How to request a refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

Send an email to orders@soilandson.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide details

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the unopened product if possible.

Await confirmation

We'll review your request and reply with return instructions if eligible.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Share tracking: Once you've shipped the return, email us the tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.

Inspection & approval

When we receive your return, we'll inspect it to confirm:

  • Product is unopened and unused
  • Packaging and seals are intact
  • Condition meets our return eligibility criteria

Once approved, we'll process your refund. If the return doesn't meet our criteria, we'll contact you to discuss next steps.

Refund timeline and method

Refund processing time

Refunds are initiated within 7 days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Bank processing time: After we initiate the refund, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

Opened packs: Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Missing seals: Products with broken or missing tamper-evident seals.
Damage due to misuse: Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or use.
Requests after 7 days: Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
