What can be returned

You can return products that meet all of these conditions:

Unopened

Original sealed packaging, unopened and unused

Within 7 days

Requested within 7 days of delivery

Seals intact

All tamper-evident seals unbroken

Good condition

No damage or signs of use

What can't be returned

These items are NOT returnable:

  • Opened packs: Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons (supplement/food product).
  • Products with broken or missing tamper-evident seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
  • Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Return steps

Follow these steps to return an eligible product:

Email us within 7 days

Send an email to orders@soilandson.com with your order number and reason for return.

We reply with instructions

Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the return address.

Ship the item back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the provided address. Use a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Share tracking info

Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return shipment.

We inspect and confirm

Once we receive the return, we'll inspect it to confirm eligibility and notify you.

Refund processed

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy — within 7 days of receiving and approving your return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Received a damaged or incorrect order?

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@soilandson.com.

Include your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return shipping

Customer pays return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tip: Use a trackable shipping method with insurance to protect your return in transit. We're not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Once we receive your return:
