Accounts (guest vs OTP account)
You can checkout as a guest or create an account using phone number + OTP (one-time password).
Guest checkout
Place orders without creating an account. You'll still receive order confirmations by email.
Account with OTP login
Create an account to save addresses and track orders. You're responsible for keeping your phone number secure and updating your information if it changes.

Shipping & delivery
Shipping region: We currently ship within India only.
Delivery timeline: Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier issues, etc.).
Delivery address: Please provide an accurate delivery address. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at orders@soilandson.com with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return eligible items according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
